the room was clean and quite large. it had a fridge and a nespresso machine. the staff was very friendly at all times (i appreciated that). i also received a 10% discount at the pub.

the bathroom was not in great condition and the shower leaked badly. check-in was not flexible. they stopped serving drinks before time (at 11pm).

The location was pretty good. it was a short walk to the underground station (about 7 minutes). i also liked that i had free coffee and candies available in the room. there was a fan in the room. It was helpful.

There was no elevator. I had to carry my suitcase up the narrow stairs. the carpet seemed unclean (i am usually very careful about hygiene). also, the sink was clogged.

I found very good value for the money . The staff members were all friendly, and my room was clean upon arrival. I also appreciated the inclusion of a fridge stocked with complimentary milk and water. the fan in the room was helpful.

The mattress in my room felt a bit thin, which affected my sleep quality. I hope this can be addressed soon.

The staff members were really friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries! They helped me with a power adapter. They also watched my luggage ahead of my check-in. The team ensured all my needs were promptly met.

The hotel is in a quiet area of the city and I appreciated this calmness. Several attractions are within walking distance, including Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. This made sightseeing simple. Bus routes are directly accessible from the hotel.
